Availability of items

Decorative items, accessories and small furniture in stock are usually shipped within 2 days of receiving your payment. Most of our items are ordered from our suppliers after your purchase. The estimated delivery time is always indicated in the item description on the product page. The delivery time varies depending on the item, ranging from 1 week for small items/accessories to 8 weeks for sofas with customizable configurations. These are made to order by the manufacturer in Italy, Denmark, Sweden, Poland, Germany or Belgium. We do our best to inform you as soon as possible of the expected delivery date for your order. Once the items have arrived, you will be promptly informed.


Place an Order

Select the product of your choice and click on the "Add to Cart" button. Once you have added all the desired items to your Cart, you can proceed to Checkout. You will then need to enter your shipping information, choose the shipping method (Standard or Premium) and select your payment method. Once the payment is complete, you will immediately receive an automatic order confirmation email. Your order is then processed by our team, and a team member will communicate the expected delivery time to you as soon as possible.


Payment

There are several ways to pay for your purchases. In your Shopping Cart, you can select your preferred payment method:

  • Direct payment with your bank card or credit card ( Bancontact, Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, American Express ).
  • Bank transfer via PayPal for a secure transaction.
  • Payment via iDEAL payment method.
  • Bank transfer via your bank. If you choose this option, you will receive payment instructions by email after completing your order.
  • Payment via Google Pay .
  • Payment via Shop Pay (an accelerated checkout by Shopify)


    Delivery

    We offer the following delivery options:

    1. Shipping and Delivery in Belgium
    1.1. Picking up your order from Depot Design (Free)
    You will be informed as soon as your ordered items have arrived. Larger furniture can be collected from our warehouse in Laeken (Rue Tielemans 2, 1020 Brussels), while smaller furniture and lighting items can be collected from our store in Brussels (Avenue du Port 86C, 1000 Brussels).

    1.2. Delivery of light items (in Belgium)
    For lamps, lighting, home decoration accessories, small furniture (less than 20 kg), our transport partner DPD and BPost delivers throughout Belgium. Deliveries are made to your door or to the foot of the building. The cost of delivery for light items can be found on our Delivery & Collection page.

    1.3. Delivery of heavy/bulky items (in Belgium)
    For sofas, beds, wardrobes, sideboards, dining tables, chairs and large furniture we offer two options:

    Standard delivery:
    Curbside Delivery: Our delivery team will park the truck in front of your home/building, load the package onto the back of the truck, lower the bed, and push the package onto the curb in front of your home. If you do not have an incline or stairs leading up to your home, our team will roll the package to your door. You will be responsible for unpacking and placing the item inside.

    Premium Delivery:
    Home Delivery: Also known as the “White Glove” assembly service, your parcel will be delivered by a team of two who will unpack and deliver it to the room of your choice. All packaging will be removed by the delivery team. Our operations team will call you in advance to schedule a specific date and time for delivery and even arrange an external freight elevator if necessary.

    2. Shipping and Delivery within the EU
    2.1. Delivery of light items (within the EU)
    For lamps, lighting, home decoration accessories, small furniture (less than 20 kg), our transport partner DPD delivers throughout Europe. Deliveries are made to your door or to the foot of the building. The cost of delivery for light items can be found on our delivery page. Delivery & Withdrawal .

    2.2. Delivery of heavy/bulky items (within EU)
    Shipping costs for heavy/bulky items to France, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Spain, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the rest of the EU are calculated based on the dimensions and weight of the order and will be determined by our team after obtaining the best quote from our logistics partners (Ziegler, France Express, Brenger). Our team will contact you to share the shipping costs and coordinate and finalize the delivery date and time.

    3. Shipping and Delivery Outside the EU
    For any inquiries regarding shipping and delivery to destinations outside the EU, our customer service team is always ready to help you. Please contact us in advance at eshop@depotdesign.be to get a shipping price quote.


      Assembly & Mounting

      We offer a professional assembly service throughout Belgium. If you would like our experts to assemble your furniture, please select the "Premium" delivery option at Checkout.

      Our team works in our showroom in Tour & Taxis, Brussels. This means that we can be reached by phone and email from Monday to Saturday, from 10:30 to 18:30, as well as on Sunday from 12:00 to 18:00.

      After-sales service

      If, upon receipt or assembly of your items, you notice that the furniture is not in good condition or is damaged upon arrival, please contact our after-sales service immediately.
