Delivery and collection
We ship throughout Belgium from our warehouse in Brussels. We also make regular deliveries to France, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Spain, Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Shipping costs are determined based on your destination country and the dimensions and weight of your order.
We process orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the order date and are shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
When your order includes in-stock products, they will be shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days after you place your order.
Where your order includes customisable products that are either made to order or ordered from our suppliers/manufacturers, estimated delivery times are stated on the product detail page.
1. Shipping and Delivery in Belgium
1.1. Collection of Your Order (Free)
For our customers based in Belgium who prefer a hands-on approach, you have the option to pick up your order in person at our warehouse or store. Small furniture, decorations and lighting products are usually available in our store at Tour & Taxis in Brussels. For larger furniture, you can pick them up at our warehouse in Laeken. Just make sure to bring your purchase receipt for verification.

| Standard delivery: | Curbside Delivery: Our delivery team will park the truck in front of your home/building, load the package onto the back of the truck, lower the bed, and push the package onto the curb in front of your home. If you do not have an incline or stairs leading up to your home, our team will roll the package to your door. You will be responsible for unpacking and placing the item inside. |
| Premium Delivery: | Home Delivery: Also known as a “White Glove” assembly service, your parcel will be delivered by a team of two who will unpack and deliver it to the room of your choice. All packaging will be removed by the delivery team. Our operations team will call you in advance to schedule a specific date and time for delivery and even arrange an external freight elevator if necessary. |

Shipping costs for heavy/bulky items will be automatically calculated at checkout, based on your shipping address postcode, floor and your choice of standard delivery or the White Glove Premium Assembly service.
There may be some areas with restricted access due to their geographical location. Our delivery teams and external lift company may not be able to deliver, or may charge extra for delivery to these restricted areas. If you think your home is in one of these areas, please let us know in advance.

Shipping costs for delivery of heavy/bulky items to France, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Spain, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the rest of the EU are calculated based on the dimensions and weight of the order and will be determined by our team after obtaining the best quote from our logistics partners. Our team will contact you to communicate the shipping costs, coordinate and finalize the delivery date and time.
For very heavy items and to ensure optimal transport conditions, your items may arrive shrink-wrapped on a pallet. Our service does not include the removal of the packaging (including the pallet itself), assembly or configuration of your items.
3. Shipping and Delivery outside the EU
When placing an order from outside the European Union (EU), there are some important considerations to take into account. Please note that our operations are based in Belgium, which is part of the EU. Any import duties, taxes or customs fees that may apply are the responsibility of the customer. These charges will be determined by your country's customs authorities and must be paid separately.
For clarity and to avoid any surprises, we recommend that you take into account the import duties and potential taxes applicable in your destination country when placing your order, and contact us in advance at eshop@depotdesign.be to obtain a shipping cost quote.
Please note: This also applies to customers in the United Kingdom (UK) after Brexit. UK customers ordering from our online store are responsible for any applicable import duties and taxes, which are separate from the purchase price and shipping costs.
