The role
As Showroom Manager, you are the face and the guardian of our showroom. You orchestrate the customer experience, visual merchandising, direct sales, supplier relations and the coordination of the sales team — while keeping a sharp eye on what sells and on how we showcase our best pieces.
This is a deliberately polyvalent and hands-on role: you are as much on the sales floor, with customers and the team, as you are in the sales figures, supplier contacts and content preparation. It suits someone with genuine aesthetic sensibility, an excellent sense of service, and the drive to own things end to end.
Responsibilities
Showroom management & visual merchandising
Keep the showroom impeccable and compelling: selection, placement and presentation of pieces, seasonal campaigns, model rotation and renewal of display items. Drive the liquidation of overstock and end-of-collection items. Ensure the accuracy of price tags and pricing across the floor.
Sales, customer projects & customer experience
Welcome and advise customers, and drive direct sales. Manage larger projects with customers and interior architects end to end. Take full ownership of the customer experience: resolve requests and complaints quickly and effectively, together with the after-sales team. Perform quality control on purchase orders and supervise the discounts and commercial gestures granted by the team.
Sales inbox & offer follow-up
Manage the sales inbox: quotes, customer requests and supplier emails. Follow up on every open offer until it is won or lost.
Supplier relations & pricing
Maintain direct contact with suppliers: order and collection follow-up, sourcing new models for the showroom, aligning on seasonal campaigns, and processing price updates across all brands
Merchandising strategy
Use internal sales reports to identify best-sellers, models to push, items to liquidate, and opportunities to re-lay the showroom. Turn the data into concrete decisions on merchandising, campaigns and floor layout to maximize sales.
Team & operations coordination
Coordinate the showroom team's schedule and ensure coverage across weekends, peak periods and holidays. Maintain the opening, closing and public-holiday calendar. Provide ad-hoc backup on the floor and coordinate day to day with the after-sales, online and delivery teams.
Content & visual marketing
Put your aesthetic eye to work for the brand: creating newsletter content and visuals, social media posts, and web banners
