Warehouse removal

Dear Customer,

Your order is available at our warehouse, 2 Rue Tielemans in 1020 Laeken.

Our warehouse is open from Tuesday to Friday inclusive 10:15 a.m. - 5:45 p.m.

No payment methods are available there.

The balance of the order must be paid before collection of the goods.

Payment can be made in advance, either:

• At the store: Avenue du Port 86C in 1000 Brussels. (Tour & Taxis)
• By transfer to our account BE58 3632 2893 3679 (BIC: BBRUBEBB) indicating the Purchase Order number.

If you would like delivery and/or assembly carried out by us, do not hesitate to contact the Depot Design team.

When picking up, don't forget to bring your order form.

We remind you that, in accordance with our general conditions, all goods must be removed within 30 days after receipt of the first notice of arrival. After this period, an occupation fee of EUR 10 per m³ per week may be requested.
