INSTAGRAM/FACEBOOK CONTEST RULES
- The competition is organized by Depot Design, Avenue du Port 86c, 1000 Brussels, and takes place from 12/27/2023 to 01/07/2024 23:59 inclusive.
- The winner will be announced on Monday 01/08/2024.
- There will be 1 winner designated in total during the entire duration of the action.
- Depot Design employees or employees' parents cannot participate in this action. Participants must be at least 18 years old. Participation is reserved for people domiciled in Belgium, France or the Netherlands.
- Access to the competition is free and without obligation to purchase.
- Participation is only valid on the Depot Design Facebook page.

- Depot Design disclaims all liability in the event of technical failure, anomaly, hardware or software of any nature (Facebook/Instagram breakdown, virus, bug, etc.) caused to the Participant's system, their computer equipment and the data stored therein and the consequences that may result from this on their personal, professional or commercial activity.
- Depot Design reserves the right to eliminate candidates if it considers that the participant is not acting in accordance with the rules of the game or if the participant is influencing the course of the gift unfairly.
- In the event that for any reason beyond our control the competition should be cancelled, modified or disappear, the organisers shall not under any circumstances pay compensation to the participants.
- The prizes offered cannot give rise to any dispute as to their nature or to the award of any consideration whatsoever. Depot Design reserves the right to change the prize without notice. If this were the case, the value of the prize would be equivalent to or greater than the product replaced. The consideration in check or cash for gifts cannot be offered.
- The prize is personal and in the name of the winner. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or payable in cash or other products or services. In the event of refusal of the prize, it will not be paid or exchanged. Depot Design will then be entitled to draw another winner.
- The winner will be notified by Facebook or Instagram message and within 7 days after the end date of the competition.
- No written or telephone communications will be made in connection with this competition.
- If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 14 days of the closing of the game, the organizer reserves the right to draw another winner.
- Personal data is processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
- The winner will take possession of his prize at the following address: Depot design, Avenue du Port 86C, 1000 Brussels. When the prize is awarded, a photo of the winner will be taken and will be used, along with his first and last name, for informational and/or promotional purposes. No financial compensation will be paid for his cooperation in promotional activities.
- This promotional offer is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook or any other social network. Furthermore, these parties are in no way associated with this contest.
- In case of dispute, the organizers will make an irrevocable decision. There is no possibility of appeal in this case and complaints will not be processed.
