The Pacha collection, originally designed by Pierre Paulin in 1975, is reissued today by Gubi. The French designer imagined a new form of design, replacing the austerity of the post-war period with a much more vigorous approach. Pierre Paulin managed to give a real elegance to the rounded forms of the Pacha armchair by finding the perfect proportions. The seat is slightly raised on its base and the stitching highlights the silhouette. Pierre Paulin was also one of the first to get rid of the legs of armchairs, thus establishing a new way of life where one sits closer to the ground. The result is a modern and durable armchair that offers comfort and utility. Now available in a sofa version, the Pacha is a unique series that brings life and character to any interior style.
