Vacuum regularly. Do not vacuum with the brushes in the "out" position. Launder flat by a professional carpet cleaner. Most new carpets shed some hair, which is completely normal. Excess hair should be removed from the carpet as it appears. We recommend using an underlay to prevent discoloration.
