Vacuum regularly. Do not vacuum with the brushes in the "out" position. The rug should be flat washed by a professional carpet cleaner. Most new rugs shed some hair, which is completely normal. Excess hair should be removed from the rug as it appears. We recommend using an underlay to prevent discoloration.
