The Kontrapunkt armchair, designed by designer Neisako, is an exceptional piece that easily transforms into a chaise longue. When closed, the armchair measures 69 x 90 x H 101 cm; when open, the chaise longue measures 65 x 165 x H 86 cm. It rests on a metal base in stainless steel or black epoxy that guarantees perfect stability. For absolute comfort, the seat is filled with feathers and the armchair is equipped with a footrest and armrests covered in black or brown leather. Available in several fabric or leather finishes, this armchair adapts to all interior styles.

The Kontrapunkt armchair is the result of thinking about creating an alternative to conventional relaxation armchairs. The challenge was to integrate an armchair and a chaise longue into a compact and visually light object. The name Kontrapunkt means "two opposite points", coming from music where it denotes the composition of two parallel melodic lines in perfect harmony. This harmony is achieved by using the armrests as part of the innovative mechanism that maintains the position of the chaise longue and tilts the backrest to the ideal position. Despite its minimalist design, the construction components of the product remain visible without compromising its aesthetics.
