Interview :
Regular vacuuming. Vacuum in the direction of the pile of the rug, but not with the brushes in the "out" position. Do not spot clean with water as this may damage the rug. The rug should be flat washed by a professional carpet cleaner. Most new rugs shed some hair, which is quite normal. Excess hair should be removed from the rug as it occurs. Heavy furniture placed on the rug may cause the pile to lie flat, which is a normal characteristic of viscose rugs. Please note that colours may fade if the rug is exposed to strong sunlight for an extended period of time. We recommend using an underlay to prevent fading.
