Please note that there may be variations in color and texture between yarn lots and dye baths. Irregularities may occur due to the artisanal manufacturing process. For regular maintenance, it is recommended to vacuum the rug. Vacuum in the direction of the pile of the rug, but not with the brushes in the "out" position. Do not use water to clean viscose stains, as this may damage the rug. For a deeper clean, hire a professional carpet cleaner. Note that new rugs may shed a little during use, which is completely natural. Any excess hair should be removed from the rug as it appears. Heavy furniture placed on the rug may flatten the pile, which is a normal characteristic of viscose/wool rugs. Keep in mind that colors may fade if the rug is exposed to direct sunlight for an extended period of time. We recommend using a rug pad to prevent fading.
