Care: Clean by vacuuming regularly. Vacuum in the direction of the carpet pile, but not with the brushes in the “off” position. Do not spot clean with water as this may damage the carpet. Have the carpet flat washed by a professional cleaner. Most new carpets will shed some hair, which is quite normal. Excess hair should be removed from the carpet when it appears. Heavy furniture placed on the carpet can cause the pile to lie flat, which is a normal characteristic of viscose carpets. Please remember that colours may fade if the carpet is exposed to sunlight for long periods of time. We recommend using an underlay to prevent discolouration.
